Training Services Partner is a specific Microsoft Partner Network designation, separate from being a Microsoft reseller or solutions partner. It authorises an organisation to deliver official Microsoft training — Microsoft Official Courseware and certification- aligned content — rather than an informal internal walkthrough dressed up as training.
