Vendor-aligned, not vendor-owned
We hold partnerships because they give us support escalation, engineering access and better pricing for you. They do not decide what we recommend.
Three rules we apply to every recommendation
- We name the alternative. Every product recommendation states what else we considered and why we did not choose it. If the honest answer is “because we know this one best”, we say that too.
- We disclose rebates. Where a vendor pays us a rebate or margin on something we are recommending, it is disclosed in the proposal.
- We use what you already own first. The most common outcome of an assessment is that you need fewer products, better configured — not more products.
The platforms we build on
Grouped by what they actually do, because a logo wall tells you nothing about why a product is in the stack.

Identity & productivity
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Apple, Keeper and 1Password — selected around the identity, device and collaboration environment you already operate.
Threat detection
Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Sophos, Huntress and ThreatLocker for endpoint prevention, detection, containment and application control.
Email & web
Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint, Mimecast, IRONSCALES, Cloudflare and Zscaler for phishing, impersonation, payload and web protection.
Network & perimeter
Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Fortinet, F5, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, WatchGuard and Extreme, matched to the network rather than a preferred vendor.
Endpoint & mobility
Intune, Ivanti, Omnissa, Jamf and MaaS360 across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Samsung Knox, Zebra and Honeywell purpose-built hardware.
Mobile threat defense
Zimperium and Lookout MTD for on-device detection — phishing, malicious apps and network attacks — alongside the UEM platform, not instead of it.
Infrastructure
Dell Technologies, HPE, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, AWS and Google Cloud for compute, storage, devices and cloud infrastructure.
Backup & recovery
Veeam, Acronis, Datto and Dropsuite across servers, endpoints, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — selected around recovery requirements.
Exposure management
Qualys and Tenable for vulnerability discovery, prioritisation and the evidence required to verify remediation.
Where the hardware and licensing actually comes from
Distributor relationships get you commercial warranty, commercial pricing and stock visibility — the things that make a rollout date achievable.

Does a partnership badge mean anything
Sometimes. Often less than the badge implies. Here is what to actually ask any provider showing you a wall of vendor logos.
- How many people hold a current certification in this product, and will one of them work on our account?
- What tier is the partnership, and what did you have to do to earn it — revenue, or demonstrated capability?
- What is your support escalation path with this vendor, and what response time does it carry?
- Have you deployed this at our scale, in Australia, in the last two years?
- What do you earn if we buy this rather than the alternative?
- What would you use instead if this partnership did not exist?
We are happy to answer all six about anything on this page.
